WED CLAY

WED clay is very popular among fx artists and mask makers. It was developed decades ago for Walter E. Disney, hence the name. Also know as EM 217, WED has become quite popular in the film industry for creating large detailed sculptures. Although it is a water based clay, WED clay dries more slowly due its formula which includes glycerin and has many of the same sculpting qualities of oil based clay. WED requires a spray bottle of water for maintaining moisture and for smoothing. Can be used for mask sculptures as well. WED clay is not considered reuseable. 
 
WHITE CLAY

This is a water based clay recommended for use in making dividing walls for plaster and stone molds. EM-210 is very soft and easy to work with. It smooths easily with water. Perfect for making the dividing walls for two piece mask molds.
